Project Description The Technical Project Manager will drive delivery of complex infrastructure and platform initiatives within the Platform Engineering team. The role involves turning ambiguous technical initiatives into structured delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities, timelines, and project goals. Technologies Jira Omega 365 Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) What You'll Do Own coordination and delivery tracking for Platform Engineering and infrastructure workstreams supporting data center sites, from the design phase through commissioning and operational handover; Track and synchronize dependencies across internal engineering teams, network equipment, ISP providers, IT infrastructure, vendors, and the general contractor; Build and maintain milestone plans and work breakdown structures across design, procurement, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover; Coordinate design reviews with engineering teams and external partners, ensuring required site information and technical documentation are available and gaps are resolved; Manage cross-team handoffs, dependencies, risks, and scope or design changes, including their impact on timelines, cost, and standards compliance; Coordinate vendors and contractors, follow up on delivery issues, and manage established escalation paths when required; Maintain a reliable source of truth for project status, dependencies, vendor information, and documentation in Jira and project management systems; Track phased commissioning and site readiness through acceptance, readiness for service, and handover to Operations; Provide clear status, risk, and critical-path updates to engineering leadership and PPMO stakeholders; Improve project tracking, templates, and delivery practices as the team develops its processes and tooling; Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management, with experience supporting infrastructure, construction, networking, or other engineering environments; Experience coordinating complex technical initiatives involving engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and multiple parallel workstreams; Strong hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking, work breakdown, dashboards, and status visibility; Experience building and maintaining work breakdown structures and milestone plans, with a strong understanding of dependencies, critical paths, and cross-team handoffs; Experience coordinating external vendors and contractors, following up on delivery issues, and managing escalations when needed; Experience with Agile delivery, including facilitating ceremonies and working with sprint-based workflows; Ability to understand technical infrastructure documentation at a practical level, including floor plans, network diagrams, port details, patch schedules, and similar engineering documentation; Ability to bring structure and visibility to ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams; Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and senior stakeholders; English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher; Ability to start the workday between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM CET/CEST; Nice To Have Ability to read construction blueprints, floor plans, or AutoCAD drawings; Experience supporting data center, network infrastructure, hyperscale, or edge computing environments; Experience with portfolio or roadmap management tools such as BigPicture or Advanced Roadmaps; Familiarity with governance and intake processes within PMO, PPMO, or similar structures; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification; What Do We Offer The global benefits package includes: Technical and non-technical training for professional and personal growth; Internal conferences and meetups to learn from industry experts; Support and mentorship from an experienced employee to help you professional grow and development; Health insurance; Sports activities to promote a healthy lifestyle; Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities; Referral program for bringing in new talent; Work anniversary program and additional vacation days.
