Role Description Technical Sales Engineer role is a full-time position based in Tbilisi. This role involves proposing technical solutions for water and wastewater treatment systems and preparing quotations and technical offers. Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure correct system design, installation, and commissioning, and provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients. Daily activities include responding to technical inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, as needed visiting customer sites, conducting product and technology presentations, and so on. The role also includes monitoring market trends, supporting tenders, and contributing to sales strategies to grow the company’s presence in Georgia and neighboring markets. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong technical skills. Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate customer requirements into practical solutions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presenting complex technical information clearly to customers. Relevant engineering degree (e.g., environmental, chemical, mechanical, or civil engineering) or equivalent technical background in water or wastewater treatment. Experience working with industrial, municipal, or commercial water systems is highly beneficial. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel to client sites as needed. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with instrumentation, control systems, or process design tools.
