Job description

Position Summary The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for analysing technical and operational issues related to theCompany's crypto platform, identifying root causes, and coordinating with the IT and Development teamsto ensure timely resolution. The role supports the stable operation of the platform by managing incidents,documenting issues, and assisting with troubleshooting involving blockchain transactions, wallets, andsystem integrations. Key Responsibilities Receive, analyse, prioritize, and document technical and operational issues related to the platform. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and escalate issues to the IT and Development teamswhen necessary. Analyse blockchain transactions, crypto wallets, and transfer processes to identify and resolvetechnical issues. Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and Engineering teams toensure efficient issue resolution. Monitor system performance and identify recurring issues, recommending improvements whereappropriate. Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident records, and internal knowledge base articles. Assist in testing fixes and validating solutions before deployment. Qualifications Experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or a similar technical role. Good understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency transactions, digital wallets, andblockchain networks. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional working proficiency in English.
