About the Company The Company is a non-custodial crypto exchange, providing digital asset exchange services through a secure online platform. The Company enables eligible and fully verified customers to convert fiat currency into crypto-assets, crypto-assets into fiat currency, and one crypto-asset into another. Position Summary The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for analysing technical and operational issues related to the Company's crypto platform, identifying root causes, and coordinating with the IT and Development teams to ensure timely resolution. The role supports the stable operation of the platform by managing incidents, documenting issues, and assisting with troubleshooting involving blockchain transactions, wallets, and system integrations. Key Responsibilities Receive, analyse, prioritize, and document technical and operational issues related to the platform. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and escalate issues to the IT and Development teams when necessary. Analyse blockchain transactions, crypto wallets, and transfer processes to identify and resolve technical issues. Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient issue resolution. Monitor system performance and identify recurring issues, recommending improvements where appropriate. Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident records, and internal knowledge base articles. Assist in testing fixes and validating solutions before deployment. Qualifications Experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or a similar technical role. Good understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency transactions, digital wallets, and blockchain networks. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional working proficiency in English.
