15 November FK Development Announces a Vacancy for the Position of Technical Office Chief Location: Batumi , Georgia Employment Type: Full-time FK Development is one of the leading real estate development companies in Georgia, delivering innovative, high-quality residential projects in line with international standards. The company is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join its team as a Technical Office Chief at a construction site. Key Requirements and Qualifications: ** University degree in Civil Engineering; ** At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, with preference given to candidates with more extensive experience; ** Good knowledge of standard office applications; ** Practical experience in AutoCAD; ** Advanced proficiency in Excel, including spreadsheet preparation and data management; ** Experience in preparing work schedules using Primavera, MS Project, or similar project scheduling software; ** Knowledge of cost control principles and procedures; ** Ability to prepare weekly and monthly work reports; ** Ability to adapt to the specific requirements of construction site operations and work flexible hours when necessary; ** Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compensation: Salary will be determined based on the candidate`s qualifications and professional experience.
