Role Description The Territory Account Manager role at Panasonic Projector & Display is a full-time, on-site position based in Georgia. The role is responsible for managing and growing a defined territory by building strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end customers. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing consultative support on projector and display solutions. The Territory Account Manager will prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate pricing and terms within established guidelines, and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining an accurate pipeline in CRM tools, and regularly reporting territory results and market trends to leadership. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in territory management, account management, and B2B sales within technology, AV, or related industries. Strong skills in relationship-building, customer engagement, and consultative selling, with the ability to understand and address customer requirements. Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation). Ability to deliver effective product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Sound negotiation, pricing, and contract discussion skills, with attention to detail and adherence to company policies and guidelines. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and follow-up on leads and opportunities. Comfort working on-site and traveling within the Georgia territory as needed to visit customers, partners, and events. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in projector, display, or broader AV solutions is highly beneficial; familiarity with Panasonic products is a plus.
