24 September RIVIERA GROUP DMC GEORGIA IS EXPANDING ITS TEAM Vacancy: Tourism Manager/Client Relations Manager Location: Tbilisi | Office-based position Riviera Group DMC Georgia is an incoming tour operator and Destination Management Company operating in Georgia since 2013. We specialize in welcoming international travelers, FIT and group travel, VIP services, and organizing tailor-made travel experiences throughout Georgia. We are currently looking for a strong, responsible, and communicative professional who is passionate about tourism, eager to grow, and ready to become part of our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ** Handling incoming requests from clients and company partners ** Selecting and booking hotels, transfers, excursions, and other travel services ** Preparing and calculating tailor-made travel programs throughout Georgia ** Advising clients on destinations, hotels, resorts, and travel opportunities in Georgia ** Managing bookings and internal documentation ** Managing each booking from the initial request through the completion of the guest`s trip ** Communicating and coordinating with hotels, guides, transportation companies, and other suppliers ** Responding quickly and professionally to any issues that may arise during the guest`s stay ** Maintaining the company`s high standards of service and customer care WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ** Previous experience in tourism will be a significant advantage ** Good knowledge of Georgia, its main tourist regions, resorts, and attractions ** Fluency in Russian is required ** Knowledge of Georgian and English will be an advantage ** Confident computer skills and experience with office software and modern messaging platforms ** Ability and willingness to quickly learn new software and booking systems ** Strong written and verbal communication skills ** Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively ** Responsibility, organization, and strong attention to detail ** Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also making independent decisions within your area of responsibility We are looking for someone who understands that tourism is much more than simply selling a tour. It is about taking responsibility for every guest, responding quickly, paying attention to every detail, and finding solutions even in unexpected situations.
