Role Description The Training Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kutaisi. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for branch and headquarters staff, focusing on customer service, operational procedures, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials and curricula, facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and supporting staff onboarding. The Training Specialist will assess learning needs, track training outcomes, and collaborate with managers to address performance gaps and build skills. The role also involves maintaining training records, ensuring consistency in standards across locations, and contributing to continuous improvement of learning initiatives. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback. Experience in Training & Development and Training, with a track record of delivering effective group and individual learning sessions. Proficiency in Instructional Design, including creating structured training materials, presentations, and e-learning content. Solid Customer Service skills and understanding of client-centered practices in a financial or service-oriented environment. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in the banking, microfinance, or financial services sector is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Kutaisi, manage multiple training projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
