About The Role Join our team as a Transport Claims Specialist , where you will investigate and process transport-related claims, analyze relevant documentation, and cooperate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective claim resolution. If you have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and an eye for detail, we would be happy to meet you! What you will do: Manage accident-related calls, collect necessary information, and guide drivers through the reporting process. Monitor the Claims Mailbox, distribute cases, and ensure timely responses. Assess, investigate, and process transport-related insurance claims in line with company policies and legal requirements. Review insurance coverage, damage assessments, and repair estimates to determine appropriate settlements. Communicate with internal stakeholders, clients, insurers, and other relevant parties to resolve claims efficiently. Negotiate settlements and maintain accurate claims documentation and records. Provide team coverage during colleagues’ absences when required. What we expect from you: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in transport claims processing or the insurance industry is an advantage. Knowledge of insurance policies, claims evaluation, and coverage procedures. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems. Knowledge of relevant insurance laws and regulations is an advantage. Good command of spoken and written English and Russian.
