The work supports travel reservations, hospitality support, itinerary planning, traveler service, and booking operations. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates based in Georgia. Responsibilities Maintain booking, itinerary, supplier, traveler, schedule, and service records for assigned travel activity. Coordinate confirmations, transfers, accommodations, activities, documentation, or other itinerary components. Track supplier deadlines, pending confirmations, traveler requirements, and operational exceptions. Communicate changes, missing information, service updates, and handoffs to travelers or internal teams. Resolve routine operational issues with suppliers and escalate complex disruptions or exceptions promptly. Prepare travel-operation trackers, manifests, service notes, or status reports as required.
