We are looking for a communicative and client-oriented Pre-Sales Specialist to become the first point of contact for potential clients and qualify incoming leads for the Sales team. Tbilisi, Georgia Full-time Key Responsibilities: Contact company-generated leads by phone Respond to client inquiries through official company communication channels and online chats Ask key qualification questions and identify client needs Transfer qualified leads to the Sales team Record client information and communication accurately in the CRM system Follow up with leads when necessary The company provides the leads. Independent client acquisition and cold prospecting are not required.
