უძრავი ქონების კონსულტანტი / უძრავი ქონების გაყიდვა (უძრავი ქონების კონსულტანტი / უძრავი ქონების გაყიდვა ) — Hogar Properties (Tbilisi)
Hogar Properties is expanding its Georgia Sales Team and is looking for an Property Consultants – Real Estate Sales Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site. Location: 1, Dariali Street (Vake), Tbilisi Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday Salary Range: Fixed salary range 1000 - 2000GEL, plus commissions. (Based on market Experience) Position Title: Property Consultant Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on property purchases and sales opportunities. Conduct property viewings and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, company agents and tenants. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and agreements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Requirements: Experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role. Prior experience of working with real estate development companies Fluency in English language is a must, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
