Your ideas, creativity, and insights will directly influence how thousands of users experience CalmSync™ from day one. Role Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer with 3 to 4 years of experience and strong UX thinking. This is not just a visual design role. We are looking for someone who understands complete user journeys, thinks in systems, challenges assumptions, and designs calming, minimalist, and intuitive experiences. Since we are building a mental wellness product, emotional sensitivity and accessibility are extremely important. If you are deeply passionate about creating meaningful user experiences and want your work to genuinely improve mental well-being, we would love to meet you. Main Requirements 3 to 4 years of professional UI/UX experience Strong UX thinking and ability to define complete user flows Experience designing minimalist and calming interfaces Deep understanding of emotional design and accessibility principles Strong proficiency in Figma Expertise in user flows, wireframes, and prototypes Strong attention to detail Experience working on a mobile-first and responsive product Previously worked in UI/UX roles with end-to-end ownership Key Responsibilities Define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features Design complete end-to-end user journeys Develop high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes Create intuitive, calming, and minimal interfaces aligned with mental wellness principles Conduct usability testing and propose constructive improvements Plan, run, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research Contribute to building and evolving the CalmSync™ Design System Collaborate closely with product, engineering, neuroscience, and leadership teams Plan and estimate design work Continuously refine the product experience based on feedback and research Required Skills Icon Design Usability Testing Prototyping Responsive Design UI Design User Experience Design User Interface Design UX Design Visual Design Wireframing Figma Strong Attention to Detail Design Thinking and Lean UX principles Soft Skills Curious and passionate about innovation and design Strong research mindset with both qualitative and quantitative methods Highly collaborative and communicative Self-motivated and proactive Able to lead while adapting to changing priorities Strong organizational skills Flexible and solution-oriented What We Value We are building something meaningful.
