Major Duties and Responsibilities: Providing professional and attentive customer service, identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions; Building and maintaining positive and long-term relationships with customers; Promoting banking products and services, identifying sales opportunities and achieving individual performance targets; Opening and closing bank accounts and providing current, card, deposit and remote banking services; Performing cash and non-cash banking operations; Ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer transactions and proper completion of related documentation; Identifying potential fraudulent transactions and referring them to the appropriate colleague; Maintaining customer information, files and documentation properly and securely; Completing daily operational documentation accurately and complying with established procedures and operational hours; Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and increase the efficiency of working processes. Qualifications Required: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree will be considered an advantage; Work Experience : At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial institution; Languages : Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. Technical Knowledge and Skills : Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel; experience working with the Alta software; good knowledge of banking products and services; experience working with legal entities Skills and Competencies Required: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; Strong customer-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality service; Strong sales and negotiation skills; Good planning, organizational and time-management skills; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
