Role Description The US Citizen Needed – Short-Term Task role at Gifta is a full-time, on-site position based in Tbilisi. In this role, the team member will perform clearly defined tasks that require U.S. citizenship, such as completing specific documentation, supporting operational or compliance activities, and assisting with processes that involve U.S.-related standards or regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include gathering and verifying information, coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring tasks are completed within set timelines. The role may also involve basic administrative and organizational duties to support project execution. The team member will collaborate closely with local and remote colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient completion of assigned work. Qualifications Confirmed U.S. citizenship and eligibility to work on-site in Tbilisi. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are beneficial. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow structured procedures and guidelines. Good organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working in an international, cross-cultural setting and collaborating with diverse teams. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn new tools as needed. Previous experience in administrative, operations, or compliance-related work is an advantage but not required. Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional behavior on-site.
