## Job description

UI/UX Designer (Figma, AI-fluent) — Remote, Full-Time Who we are: We're a fast-growing tech company building consumer products used by people around the world. Our team is small, international, and moves quickly — and we're looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who lives in Figma, uses AI tools as a natural part of their workflow, and wants to grow into a strong product designer. What you'll do • Design clean, intuitive screens and flows for our mobile and web apps in Figma • Turn rough briefs and product ideas into wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes • Maintain and extend our design system — components, variants, auto layout, tokens • Use AI tools daily to move faster: generating concepts and copy, exploring variations, producing imagery and assets, and prototyping ideas before they're fully designed • Work closely with our product manager and developers to hand off pixel-accurate designs • Iterate quickly based on feedback, usage data, and user testing • Help improve landing pages, in-app screens, onboarding flows, and marketing assets What we're looking for • 1–2 years of UI/UX experience (internships, freelance, or personal projects count) with a portfolio we can review • Very strong Figma skills: components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and organizing files properly • Solid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals — hierarchy, spacing, typography, color, accessibility, and mobile-first design • AI fluency: you already work with tools like ChatGPT/Claude, Midjourney, Figma AI, or similar, and know how to prompt them well and when not to trust the output • Fluent English, written and spoken — you'll communicate daily with an international team • Self-organized and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously • Attention to detail and a genuine interest in how people use products Nice to have • Experience designing for iOS and Android (Human Interface Guidelines / Material Design) • Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or design-to-code tools (Lovable, v0, Cursor, Figma Make, etc.) • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or how developers implement designs • Experience with user research, usability testing, or analytics tools • Motion or micro-interaction design skills What we offer • Fully remote, full-time role (40 hours/week, fixed working hours on CET) • Freedom in how you do your work: we care about results, not micromanagement • Real ownership: your work ships to a global audience • A small, senior team where you'll learn fast and see your impact directly • Use whatever AI tools and workflows help you do your best work • Room to grow as the company and product scale How to apply Send your CV and a link to your portfolio (Figma links welcome). Applications without a portfolio won't be considered. Our hiring process We keep it short and move fast — four steps, no endless rounds: 1. Intro call with HR — a quick chat about you, the role, and practical details 2. Call with the hiring manager — deeper dive into your experience and how you work 3. Figma design task + review — a short brief (2–3 hours of work) followed by a call where we go through your screens and your thinking together, including how you used AI along the way 4. Final culture-fit conversation with our C-level — making sure we're a match on both sides
