Vacancy: Java Developer

US Citizenship Is Required Per Government Client. All candidates must be able to undergo a Federal background investigation. Job Summary Responsible for programming Java-based internet applications. Job Duties Involved in the entire development life cycle, including concept, design, and quality assurance testing. Transforms user/business requirements into technological solutions; completes programming, test conversion, troubleshooting, debugging, and requirements analysis utilizing Java. Develops and deploys application code, monitors functionality, and acts on production and non-production issues. Utilizes tools and concepts included, but limited to J2EE, JSP, EJB, SQL, ORM, XML, and Object-Oriented Design. Coordinates with web developers and other IT professionals on integrating Java into web applications for business purposes. Assists with web architectural development. Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Must have worked in a Java/Web developer position for at least four years. Required Technical Skills Core Java Struts 2 MVC and/or Angular Framework JSP Spring SOAP and REST web Services Hibernate Java Persistence API (JPA) Basic to Intermediate SQL skills – SQL Server preferred. HTML/CSS ( For front end design) Desired Technical Skillset Knowledge working with any Email server (Receiving and sending emails using any mail server). 508 Compliance.
