30 September Game Pepo LLC is pleased to announce an opening for the positions of Casino Operator, Live Support Specialist, Financial Transactions Specialist . Tbilisi, Georgia - Head Office Full-Time Positions As a rapidly growing iGaming company in the global market, we are looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic and multicultural team in Tbilisi. We are currently hiring for the following roles: 1. Casino Operator (Female) Role Summary: You will be responsible for the smooth and professional execution of live casino and table game operations, managing game flow and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: ** Manage and supervise daily operations of live casino games (roulette, blackjack, poker, etc.) ** Monitor game flow in real time and resolve technical issues promptly ** Ensure full compliance with game rules and company policies ** Analyze game statistics and performance reports to drive optimization ** Develop strategies to enhance the overall player experience Requirements: ** Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming or casino operations ** In-depth knowledge of live casino games and rules ** Strong analytical thinking, quick decision-making and composure under pressure ** Good command of English (Russian or Turkish is a plus) 2. Live Support Specialist (Female) Role Summary: You will provide instant, professional support to our players via live chat, email and phone, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and representing our service quality. Key Responsibilities: ** Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries via live chat, email and phone ** Resolve issues related to account verification, deposits/withdrawals, bonuses and game rules ** Handle complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution ** Analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements ** Prepare regular reports on support operations Requirements: ** Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or live support (iGaming experience preferred) ** Excellent communication and persuasion skills ** Patient, solution-oriented and positive attitude ** Ability to work in a 24/7 shift system ** Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish (reading, writing, speaking) - Russian or other languages are a plus 3. Financial Transactions Specialist (Male / Female) Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced finance professional to manage our financial operations, oversee payment systems, deposit/withdrawal processes and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: ** Ensure accuracy and timely processing of daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) ** Coordinate with payment service providers (PSPs) and manage integration processes ** Prepare financial reports and perform budget control ** Take an active role in fraud prevention and risk management ** Conduct bank reconciliations and analyze financial data Requirements: ** Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or a related field ** Experience in iGaming or fintech is a plus ** Knowledge of payment systems and banking operations ** Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and financial software ** Detail-oriented, analytical mindset and strong ethical standards ** Good command of English (Russian or Turkish is a plus) What We Offer: ** International and dynamic work environment in the heart of Tbilisi ** Competitive salary above market standards + performance bonuses ** Training, development and clear career progression opportunities ** Health insurance, meal card and transportation support ** Modern, well-equipped and comfortable office
