Company Description Mindful Moments is an organization focused on fostering awareness, support, and open dialogue around mental health within the student community. The organization’s mission is to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals can connect, learn, and grow together. Through peer-support circles, workshops, awareness campaigns, and collaborative events, Mindful Moments works to reduce stigma, promote well-being, and provide accessible resources. The initiative also builds partnerships with student clubs and faculty to strengthen the support network and amplify impact. Applicants joining Mindful Moments will be part of a community dedicated to meaningful change and resilience in mental health. Role Description /strong> The Vice President at Mindful Moments will play a key leadership role in shaping strategic direction, overseeing programs, and supporting the executive team in delivering the organization’s mental health initiatives. This contract position is based in Tbilisi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating peer-support circles and workshops, managing awareness campaigns, and ensuring effective collaboration with other student clubs and faculty partners. The Vice President will help design and improve processes, monitor program outcomes, and ensure that activities align with the mission of inclusivity, accessibility, and student well-being. The role also involves mentoring volunteers, facilitating clear communication across teams, and representing Mindful Moments at events and stakeholder meetings. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, with experience coordinating teams, initiatives, or student organizations. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening in diverse group settings. Understanding of mental health topics, peer support principles, and wellbeing-focused programming; prior experience in advocacy or community engagement is an asset. Planning and project management skills, including the ability to set goals, manage timelines, and track program outcomes. Collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to develop partnerships across student clubs, faculty, and other stakeholders. Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Tbilisi, with the ability to attend on-site activities and reliably manage remote responsibilities. Commitment to inclusivity, non-discriminatory practices, and creating psychologically safe spaces for individuals of all backgrounds. Relevant academic or extracurricular experience in fields such as psychology, social sciences, education, or student governance is beneficial.
