Video Editor — On-site - Tbilisi

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. You’ll work on: • Short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube • Podcasts and interviews • B-roll, talking-head, and promotional videos • Captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects • Turning raw footage into engaging stories What we’re looking for: • Strong experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software • A good understanding of social-media trends and audience retention • Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging edits • Good sense of storytelling, pacing, music, and visual style • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Experience editing Georgian-language content is a strong advantage
