## Job description

We are looking for a VIP Trainer to help teams working with premium customers deliver a consistently strong experience. You will own onboarding and ongoing development, create practical learning materials, coach employees, and turn performance insights into clear development actions. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for VIP-facing teams. Develop and update training materials and learning resources. Assess employee performance and provide coaching and feedback. Identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans. Collaborate with Team Leads and other stakeholders to improve training effectiveness. Monitor training results and support continuous learning initiatives. 📌 Requirements: Experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or in a similar training role. Strong presentation and communication skills. Experience creating and delivering training programs. Coaching mindset with the ability to motivate and develop others. Analytical approach to evaluating training effectiveness. Fluent English (additional languages are a plus). 📌 Benefits: 18 non-service delivery days per year Birthday gifts from the company Partially covered language classes after three months of employment
