Waiter / Waitress Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Employment Type: Full-Time Reports to: General Manager About the Roles: G SNAIL is an emerging food brand introducing a new culinary standard built on quality, sustainability, and innovation. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and creative Service Team Members We are currently looking for a competent Waiter/Waitress to provide outstanding service, ensure efficient service flow, and create a memorable dining experience for every guest. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ** Providing friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests at all times; ** Taking food and beverage orders accurately and delivering them in line with service standards; ** Demonstrating strong knowledge of menu items and making recommendations when appropriate; ** Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally; ** Preparing service areas, including table setup, cleanliness, and presentation; ** Ensuring timely and accurate service of food and beverages; ** Operating POS systems and ensuring accurate billing and cash handling procedures; ** Maintaining cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment; ** Supporting opening and closing duties as required; ** Working collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations; ** Minimizing waste and ensuring proper use of equipment and supplies; ** Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards; Qualifications: ** Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in the hospitality industry; ** Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards; ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ** Ability to provide outstanding guest service and handle requests professionally; ** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks; ** Good organizational and multitasking skills; ** Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures; ** Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude; ** Good command of the English language; 2. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and creative Service Team We are currently looking for a competent Hostess to provide outstanding service, ensure efficient service flow, and create a memorable dining experience for every guest Position Summary: The Hostess is responsible for creating an exceptional first and last impression by warmly welcoming every guest, introducing them to the restaurant, and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive until they leave. The Hostess supports the service team and, when required, performs waiter duties to ensure seamless and outstanding guest service. Key Responsibilities: ** Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. ** Greet guests at the entrance and invite them into the restaurant. ** Manage daily table reservations through the phone, Social media and WhatsApp messengers ** Make sure bookings are accurately distributed in dining are. Offer VIP and private area for small groups. ** Present menus and introduce the waiter serving the table. ** Maintain a professional, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant entrance. ** Thank guests upon departure and invite them to visit again. ** Assist the service team during busy periods by performing waiter duties when required. ** Assist service team during peak hours according to the restaurant`s service standards. ** Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to guest requests. ** Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and FOH team to ensure smooth service. ** Ensure the entrance area and guest-facing spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times. ** Introduce and promote our delicacies section Requirements: ** Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality. ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ** Professional appearance and grooming. ** Fluent Georgian; English is required; Russian is an advantage. ** Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ** Team player with a willingness to support colleagues wherever needed. ** Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage.
