## Job description

At Kia Georgia, we are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Manager to join our After-Sales Department. About The Role The Warranty Manager role at Kia Georgia is responsible for managing and overseeing all warranty-related processes, including evaluating claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and coordinating approvals in a timely manner. The Warranty Manager collaborates with the service, parts, and aftersales teams to ensure accurate documentation, proper repairs, and optimal cost control. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate claim administration, process compliance, effective communication with customers, and coordination with the manufacturer. Key Responsibilities Process, review, and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer requirements and standards. Monitor warranty repair activities to ensure compliance with KIA manufacturer guidelines. Coordinate warranty parts orders in collaboration with Service Managers. Manage labor operations, time allocation, and ensure adherence to manufacturer-established standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and manufacturer warranty policies and procedures. Support the implementation and maintenance of manufacturer operating standards within the service department. Maintain effective communication with customers, providing regular updates on warranty cases and ensuring a positive customer experience. Track, store, and manage replaced warranty parts according to manufacturer requirements. Prepare and dispatch parts requested for technical inspection and warranty assessment. Work with authorized manufacturer catalogs, technical manuals, and warranty documentation. Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates regarding ongoing warranty cases. Identify and resolve warranty-related issues and escalate cases when necessary. Prepare regular reports and provide management with warranty performance and operational insights. Work effectively with business systems including 1C, Microsoft Office, and manufacturer platforms. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve warranty-related concerns professionally. Solid understanding of Warranty processes, including claim assessment, documentation, compliance, and reporting. Experience in Aftersales operations within the automotive sector, including close cooperation with service and parts departments. Relevant experience in automotive warranty or service management; prior work with an authorized dealer or distributor is an advantage. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using dealership management or service systems; MS Office skills, especially Excel, are preferred. Degree in business, engineering, automotive technology, or a related field is preferred.
