Key Responsibilities • Manage listing creation, updates, optimization and distribution across Guesty, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo and other channels. • Maintain channel connections, pricing structures, promotions, synchronization and listing quality. • Investigate platform issues and coordinate with Guesty, OTA partners and other technology vendors. • Prepare operational and performance reports using Guesty, dashboards, spreadsheets, exports and APIs. • Manage company systems, users, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, KYC, payouts and other administrative processes. • Build and improve workflows and automations using monday.com, AI tools and similar solutions. • Work with developers on integrations, APIs, testing, and translating operational needs into technical requirements. • Maintain SOPs and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability. Requirements • Strong technical and analytical mindset with good troubleshooting skills. • Experience working with different software systems, administrative platforms, or operational tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. • Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com or other OTA platforms is a plus. • Experience with system administration, user management, permissions or access control is a plus. • Strong Excel, reporting and data-handling skills. • Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations and automation; development experience is not required. • English B2+ required. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems and priorities. • Salary: 2,500 GEL • Full-time • Health insurance included.
