We are seeking an experienced Growth & Creator Partnerships Manager to lead partnership initiatives, build valuable industry relationships, and drive growth across our creator portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute creator partnership and collaboration strategies. Identify, source, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships with creators, talent managers, and agencies. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships within the creator ecosystem. Lead and mentor Growth & Partnerships Coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight. Monitor partnership performance and growth metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Establish outreach workflows, performance KPIs, and reporting systems. Research emerging opportunities, trends, and strategic initiatives within the creator economy. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partnership campaigns and creator growth initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in partnerships, creator management, influencer marketing, business development, talent management, or related fields. Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital content industry. Experience managing outreach campaigns, strategic partnerships, or account growth initiatives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Leadership or team management experience is preferred.
