Role Description This is a full-time, on-site food service role located in Tbilisi. The all-round food service team member will support daily operations, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining and service area. Responsibilities include assisting with basic food preparation, restocking supplies, and ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times. The role also involves greeting guests, answering questions about menu items, and providing attentive, courteous service throughout their visit. Team members may be asked to support opening and closing duties, collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff, and help with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth service. Qualifications Experience or strong interest in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles. Ability to provide friendly, respectful, and efficient service to a diverse range of guests. Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and cleanliness standards, or willingness to be trained. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately. Willingness to perform varied tasks, including serving, basic food prep, and cleaning duties. Comfort working on your feet for extended periods and handling light to moderate physical tasks. Previous experience in cafes, restaurants, or similar settings is an advantage but not required. Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic local language skills and conversational English are beneficial for guest communication.
