Department: Airport Operations Location: Batumi International Airport, Batumi, Georgia Contract Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: ** Participate in the planning, implementation, and supervision of airport infrastructure and development projects; ** Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, layouts, technical documentation, and project-related materials; ** Coordinate architectural and construction activities with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal departments; ** Participate in obtaining construction permits and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and technical standards; ** Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and implementation processes; ** Ensure proper maintenance and archiving of architectural and project documentation; ** Identify technical or operational issues and support timely resolution processes; Required Qualifications: ** Higher education in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field ** Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in architectural design, construction, or infrastructure projects ** Proficiency in English ** Good knowledge of AutoCAD/Archicad ** Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Competencies: ** Strong communication and interpersonal skills ** Initiative, motivation, and responsibility ** Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities ** Ability to manage tasks efficiently and respond promptly to challenges ** Adaptability and teamwork orientation What We Offer: ** Working schedule - full time, 5 days a week, 8 hour working day ** Health insurance package ** Free meal once a day ** Free transportation service to and from the job, from several central points in the city If you meet with the requirements above and are eager to join the team at Batumi International Airport, please
