You will evaluate reported problems, recommend appropriate repair or service actions, and coordinate with partner service centers to ensure high-quality, timely solutions. Qualifications knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures, with practical experience in car maintenance or service advisory. Ability to assess vehicle issues remotely based on customer descriptions, service data, and available digital tools. Excellent communication skills in a customer-facing environment, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and respectfully. Attention to detail in documenting cases and coordinating with partner workshops to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery. Familiarity with digital platforms or CRM systems for managing customer requests and service workflows. High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment to safety and quality standards. Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi, collaborate effectively in a team, and adapt in a fast-evolving service environment. Relevant technical education in automotive engineering, mechanics, or a related field is preferred; industry certifications are an advantage. Knowledge of the local car service market and prior experience with roadside assistance or support services is beneficial.
