Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lagamba.tbilisi Work Conditions: ** Location: 4 Iakob Nikoladze St., Vera, Tbilisi ** Work Schedule: La Gamba operates daily from 12:00 to 00:00 — a morning shift from 12:00-18:00 and an evening shift from 18:00-00:00. Bartenders can work either a 6-hour or a 12-hour shift. Shift length and the number of working days per week are arranged individually. ** Compensation: The hourly rate for bartenders is 7.5 GEL net + tips, which are shared among bartenders. Monthly pay depends on hours worked — as a general guide, total pay including tips ranges from approximately 1, 000 to 1, 500 GEL. Additional Benefits: ** One free meal per shift ** Taxi fare covered for evening shifts Responsibilities: ** Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ** Welcoming guests ** Working with the FINA system ** Preparing ingredients needed for drinks ** Managing consumables/packaging supplies ** Maintaining and cleaning bar equipment ** Cleaning the workspace at closing Personal Skills: ** Communication skills ** Attentiveness ** Teamwork Requirements: ** Conversational level of English ** Ability to reliably commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week ** Experience: Bartending experience is required.
