27 August Pizzeria " La Gamba " is hiring for the position of Waiter/Waitress. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lagamba.tbilisi Work Conditions: ** Location: 4 Iakob Nikoladze St., Vera, Tbilisi ** Work Schedule: La Gamba operates daily from 12:00 to 00:00 — a morning shift from 12:00-18:00 and an evening shift from 18:00-00:00. Waiters can work either a 6-hour or a 12-hour shift. Shift length and the number of working days per week are arranged individually. ** Compensation: The hourly rate for waiters is 6 GEL net + tips, which are shared among waiters. Monthly pay depends on hours worked — as a general guide, total pay including tips ranges from approximately 800 to 1, 200 GEL. Additional Benefits: ** One free meal per shift ** Taxi fare covered for evening shifts Responsibilities: ** Welcoming and serving guests ** Taking orders, recording them in the FINA system, and passing them to the kitchen/bar ** Serving food and drinks at the table ** Setting up and clearing tables ** Receiving, packing, and handing off online orders (Wolt/Glovo/Bolt) to couriers ** Handling payment with guests ** Keeping the workspace clean Personal Skills: ** Communication skills ** Attentiveness ** Teamwork Requirements: ** Conversational level of English ** Ability to reliably commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week ** Experience: Prior waitstaff experience is preferred, but not required.
