Job description

JSC Château Mukhrani is looking for a motivated and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will support the Head of Marketing in the execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, product launches, events, export marketing activities, and hospitality-related projects across our portfolio. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who is passionate about branding, communication, wine, hospitality, and consumer experiences. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Marketing Support the execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans. Assist in product launches, innovation projects, packaging development, and brand asset creation. Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication materials. Campaigns & Brand Activation Support the implementation of ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing campaigns. Coordinate with agencies, media, PR, and creative partners. Assist in managing annual activation calendars, sponsorships, and trade exhibitions. Export, Hospitality & Events Support export marketing initiatives and communication with international partners. Assist in marketing activities related to wine tourism, restaurants, and hospitality experiences. Coordinate logistics and execution of estate events, sponsored events, and brand activations. Social Media & Content Support social media content planning and coordination. Review content drafts and coordinate feedback with agencies and internal teams. Monitor content publishing schedules and campaign performance. Insights & Project Coordination Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance data. Maintain marketing databases, reports, and presentations. Support budget tracking, project timelines, approvals, and cross-functional coordination. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience 1–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Management, or a related field. FMCG experience is preferred. Experience in alcoholic beverages, hospitality, agencies, or event management will be considered an advantage. Knowledge & Technical Skills Understanding of brand management and marketing principles. Knowledge of ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with databases, CRM systems, and reporting tools. Familiarity with AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar). Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management tools is an advantage. Languages Fluent in Georgian. Strong English and Russian communication skills. Personal Skills Passion for the wine and beverage industry. Creative mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
