We invite our experienced Corporate Sales Executive team who will proactively identify business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel targets and revenue growth. Core duties and responsibilities: ** Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients. ** Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. ** Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. ** Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities. ** Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers. ** Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives. ** Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. ** Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports using CRM systems Requirements and skills: ** Bachelor`s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. ** Minimum experience in B2B or corporate sales. ** Knowledge of Opera cloud and Microsoft Office Suite ** Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ** Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. ** Strong relationship-building and account management abilities. ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage. ** Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus. ** Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. ** Strong organizational and time management skills. ** High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
