We invite our experienced Group & MICE Sales Executive team who will proactively identify business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel targets and revenue growth. Core duties and responsibilities: ** Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Group & MICE segment. ** Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and business partners. ** Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements. ** Handle inquiries for group bookings, meetings, conferences, and special events from initial contact through contract confirmation. ** Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the successful planning and execution of events. ** Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations. ** Negotiate rates and contractual terms to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets. ** Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers needs to identify new business opportunities. ** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system. ** Participate in sales calls, networking events, trade shows, and industry exhibitions as required. Requirements and skills: ** Bachelor`s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. ** Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or MICE sales. ** Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ** Strong organizational and time-management abilities. ** Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage. ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel PMS and CRM systems is an asset. ** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ** Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.
