The Temporary Documentation Manager is responsible for reviewing, recording, organizing, and uploading existing client documentation into the relevant system in accordance with established procedures and instructions. Job Description Review clients’ physical documentation and record relevant information in a pre-prepared registry. Verify the completeness of documents and the presence of required signatures. Check the accuracy of client identification data. Ensure that agreements contain all required clauses in line with established criteria. Organize, name, and upload client documentation into the relevant system. Arrange client files/folders according to established procedures. Separate and archive documentation of terminated clients in accordance with internal procedures. Perform other tasks assigned by the Middle Office team. Qualifications Previous experience working with documentation or in an administrative role will be considered an advantage. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with a team.
