Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Gvelebiani Law is a full-time, on-site position based in Tbilisi. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars and scheduling, organize meetings, prepare agendas, and host clients. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing correspondence, handling phone and email communications, maintaining records and files, and coordinating travel and logistics. Considering the firm's needs, the Executive Assistant may also take larger role considering skills and interests. Such increased capacity may include management of the firm's social media and web, external communications and other administrative/managerial tasks. Salary will be determined considering the experience, motivation and interests of the candidate as well as final scope of work as agreed. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong administrative skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document organization. Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients. Relevant additional qualifications include strong attention to detail, proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, calendars), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Georgian and good command of English. No bachelor degree is required. Candidate having adequate vocational training will also be considered. Additional Conditions: Flexible work environment: although the position is on site, five days a week, we are open to arrange flexible working options in case of family or personal needs. Vacation: we will provide 28 days of paid annual vacation. Expenses: work-related travel, communication and other expenses will be covered.
