06 August Obrigado Tasco is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Front of House . Location: Tbilisi, Tsereteli Avenue 4 (Near Stadium) About Us: Obrigado is an authentic Portuguese "Tasco" — a cozy, vibrant, and hidden gem in Tbilisi. We serve genuine Portuguese food and drinks in an intimate space (only 5 tables inside and 2 outside). We are looking for a dynamic, highly presentable, and multi-talented team member to be the face of our Tasco and work side-by-side with the owner/chef. Working Conditions: ** Schedule: 5 days a week (Wednesdays to Sundays). Mondays and Tuesdays are always off. ** Hours: Evening shifts (approx. 17:00 to 23:30/00:00). ** Salary: To be discussed during the interview + Tips (Tips are shared equally between the team!). ** Benefits: Employee discount on our menu. The Role: In a true Portuguese Tasco, teamwork is everything. You will be doing a bit of everything to keep the energy high and the space impeccable: ** Welcome guests with a natural smile and an excellent, neat presentation. ** Serve tables, explain our Portuguese concept, and ensure a fun, welcoming guest experience. ** Keep the entire space perfectly clean (dining area, outdoor tables, kitchen, and restrooms). ** Wash dishes and assist in the kitchen when needed. ** Act as our local voice: speak Georgian to communicate with our local suppliers, handle deliveries, and assist with daily operations. Requirements: ** Languages: Native/Fluent Georgian is strictly mandatory. Good English is required. ** Punctuality: Being late is strictly unacceptable. We need someone highly reliable. ** Personality & Appearance: Excellent personal presentation, a natural smile, and a positive attitude. ** Work Ethic: Hardworking, not afraid to roll up your sleeves to clean, wash dishes, organize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
