Franchise partners receive full training and ongoing support from a multinational organization to help them successfully run a virtual language school. Role Description The Georgia Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract opportunity to operate and grow a Lingua Learn virtual language school within the Georgia market. Day-to-day activities include managing local operations, coordinating online language classes, and overseeing service quality for learners and corporate clients. The partner will develop and implement local marketing initiatives, handle client inquiries, and build relationships with organizations and individuals seeking language training. Responsibilities also include recruiting and supporting trainers, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with Lingua Learn’s central team to align with global standards and growth strategies. The role requires proactive business development, efficient use of online tools, and a commitment to delivering high-quality language learning experiences. Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills for engaging clients, partners, and trainers in a clear, professional manner. Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand local market demand, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies. Experience in Training, coaching, or educational program management, ideally within language learning or related fields. Entrepreneurial mindset with business development, sales, or franchise management experience. Comfort with remote work, digital platforms, and online collaboration tools. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently under a contract arrangement. Previous experience in education, e-learning, or language services is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Education, Communications, or a related area preferred.
