Interior Designer at SPECTRUM Architecture

Spectrum Architecture is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to designing innovative and functional interior spaces across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, collaborating closely with our architects and clients. Key Responsibilities: · Develop interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives. · Prepare detailed drawings and material boards for presentations. · Select and specify furniture, finishes, lighting, and fixtures for projects. · Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. · Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and sustainable solutions. · Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback effectively. · Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. · Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. · Strong knowledge of design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Indesign, SketchUp, and ect.. · Excellent sense of aesthetics, space planning, and material selection. · Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. · Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
