The Redux.games team is the creator of My Perfect Hotel, a mobile game that has held top positions in global charts for over three years and has attracted more than 300 million players. In 2025, we launched a new project globally — Lost Prison, an idle RPG. Improving the technical and product quality of our projects is very important to us. That's why we're looking for a Senior QA to strengthen our department. Responsibilities: Design and balance game economy: currencies, resources, consumption loops Develop monetization mechanics: IAP, offers, Battle Pass, events Analyze key metrics (ARPU, LTV, conversion), generate hypotheses and run A/B tests Design progression systems with organic monetization touchpoints Write GD documentation, work closely with the team, playtest builds Research the market and adjacent genres to find ideas others aren't looking at Own your features end-to-end: drive feedback, set up meetings, track results yourself What we're looking for 3+ years in mobile game design, with 2+ years focused on monetization You've worked across different genres — you're genuinely curious about games You work confidently with data: you read metrics yourself and form your own hypotheses You can show real cases of ARPU, conversion, or LTV growth You bring ideas proactively — you don't wait to be told what to do You move fast: from hypothesis to test in days, not months Nice to have Experience with IDLE games, combat mechanics, or direct character control Combined GD / Producer background Experience working with UA teams Conditions Flexible schedule, no time trackers — we focus on results. Remote work, with the freedom to step away for personal matters, just give a heads-up and set your status in Slack. Compensation for training, online English lessons, equipment provided as needed. 21 working days of vacation + 2 days off + 3 sick days, 2-week winter break, plus a bit of extra time off around Easter.
