We’re seeking at iSapce someone dedicated professional to oversee team and product management as Store Manager , ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities 🚀 Team Leadership: Develop and manage work schedules, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance assessments. Foster a culture of growth through team development, task delegation, and conflict resolution. Product & Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product rotation. Sales Strategy Execution: Drive the store’s sales plan and meet established KPIs. Customer Service Excellence: Monitor and enforce customer service quality and brand standards. Operational Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety, fire, tax, and legal standards. Promotions & Reporting: Prepare and coordinate store activities during promotional launches, ensuring readiness and reporting results. Competitor Analysis: Evaluate and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge. System Operations: Efficiently manage tasks using the internal 1C system. Requirements ✅ Experience in retail leadership minimum 1 year or proven success in achieving KPIs as a senior consultant/administrator. In-depth understanding of sales standards, customer communication, and cash handling. Strong team-building expertise, including training, development, and motivation. Hands-on experience with Apple products is a significant advantage.
