For more details, please visit our website https://aptos.global/ Aptos team is looking for Kolkhida Congress Lead | Global Aesthetic Medicine Congress & Expo Role Purpose: The Kolkhida Congress Lead is responsible for the year-round strategic planning, commercial growth, and successful delivery of the Kolkhida Congress & Expo. As the single owner of the project, this role leads all aspects of the congress lifecycle from concept development and business growth to operational execution while coordinating cross-functional teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to deliver a world-class international event. Key Responsibilities: ** Own and drive the annual strategy, planning, and execution of the Kolkhida Congress & Expo. ** Develop and implement initiatives to increase delegate registrations, international participation, and overall congress growth. ** Lead exhibitor and sponsor acquisition, negotiations, relationship management, and contract execution. ** Coordinate the scientific programme in collaboration with the Scientific Committee, speakers, and faculty. ** Manage relationships with venues, production agencies, suppliers, and all external service providers. ** Oversee registration, attendee experience, logistics, accommodation, transportation, gala events, and on-site operations. ** Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Creative, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure aligned planning and execution. ** Develop and monitor the congress budget, revenue targets, and financial performance. ** Establish project timelines, monitor milestones, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery across all workstreams. ** Analyze event performance, attendee feedback, commercial outcomes, and key performance indicators to continuously enhance future editions of the congress. ** Identify new partnership, sponsorship, and business development opportunities to strengthen Kolkhida`s international reputation and long-term growth.
