Marketing & Communications Specialist (Full-Time, Fixed-Term) Role Overview: We`re looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Communications Specialist to help us bring the AI for Georgia Summit to life. You`ll work closely with the team to plan and execute marketing activities, contribute fresh ideas, coordinate content and campaigns, and help us engage our growing community before, during, and after the event. Key Responsibilities" ** Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels. ** Develop creative ideas that increase awareness and engagement for the event. ** Coordinate the creation and scheduling of marketing content across social media, email, and other communication channels. ** Support the development of promotional materials, presentations, and marketing assets. ** Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered on time. ** Monitor campaign performance and share simple insights and recommendations for improvement. ** Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications. ** Support marketing activities during the event and assist with live content and communications when needed. Must-Have Qualifications: ** 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field. ** Excellent written and spoken English and fluent Georgian. ** Strong communication and organizational skills. ** Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing activities. ** Comfortable using Google Workspace, Outlook, Slack, and everyday collaboration tools. ** Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ** A creative mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: ** Experience marketing conferences, events, or technology-related projects. ** Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma to communicate ideas effectively (advanced design skills are not required). ** Experience with email marketing platforms and basic analytics. ** Interest in AI, technology, startups, or innovation ecosystems. Employment Details: Position: Full-Time Contract: Fixed-term, ending after the successful completion of AI for Georgia Summit 2026. Location: Remote, with occasional meetings in Tbilisi and required on-site presence during the event.
