No prior work experience is required, but knowledge of English at an intermediate level (B2) or higher is necessary. Responsibilities: ** Coordinate and monitor the movement of cargo vans, box trucks, and sprinter vans across multiple U.S. routes. ** Maintain communication with brokers and drivers. ** Book and assign loads, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. ** Track shipments and resolve any operational issues in real-time. ** Maintain accurate documentation of loads, schedules, and delivery statuses. ** The process also involves a sales aspect.
