Learn more: http://www.jti.com Please, apply till August, 14th Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Legal entity: JTI Caucasus LLC Function: Logistics & Warehouse Reports to: Logistics & Warehouse Manager Position purpose: We are looking for a motivated Logistics Trainee to join our Logistics & Warehouse team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in logistics operations, supply coordination, shipment documentation and corporate systems. Working under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will help ensure the timely and uninterrupted supply of finished goods and non-tobacco materials to our markets. What you will do: ** Assist with coordinating the supply and import of finished goods and non-tobacco materials from JTI factories and third-party suppliers ** Support the preparation and processing of invoices, annexes, addenda and other shipment documents ** Help maintain a clear and timely document flow between customers, JTI Caucasus, factories and distributors ** Assist with import, export and re-export documentation and communication with customs brokers ** Support the maintenance of customer master data and order-to-cash activities in SAP ** Prepare and upload logistics data into corporate systems accurately and on time ** Assist with supply plans, delivery schedules, excise-stamp reconciliations and logistics reports ** Work closely with Logistics & Warehouse, Global Supply Chain, Finance, factories, importers and vendors ** Support other logistics-related tasks and projects assigned by the manager Who we are looking for: ** Final-year student or recent graduate in logistics, economics, business administration, supply chain or a related field ** Strong interest in developing a career in logistics or supply chain ** Good command of English ** Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage ** Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel ** Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but is not required ** Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn ** Good communication and organisational skills ** Ability to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines ** Previous professional experience is not required; relevant internship or academic experience would be an advantage What we offer: ** Practical experience in an international business environment ** Exposure to logistics and supply chain operations ** Opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues ** Experience working with corporate systems and cross-functional teams ** A collaborative and supportive workplace Ready to join us?
