Middle / Strong Middle Java Backend Developer

We’re looking for a motivated Middle or Strong Middle Java Backend Developer to join our team and help build a large-scale, multi-tenant B2B2C platform. This role is for someone who enjoys complex backend systems, clean architecture, and real product ownership. You’ll work in a modern microservice environment with Java 21, Spring Boot 3, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Gradle, contributing to a platform designed for multiple tenants, brands, and markets. What you’ll do Develop and maintain backend microservices Build scalable, reliable, and secure APIs Work with distributed systems and event-driven architecture Design and improve integrations between services Participate in architecture discussions and technical decisions Write clean, testable, production-ready code Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and other engineers Use AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and similar assistants to improve speed and quality Our stack Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Gradle, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, transactional outbox, domain-driven design We’re looking for someone who Has solid commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot Understands backend architecture and microservice principles Has good SQL and database design skills Knows how to write clean, maintainable code Understands async flows, integrations, or event-driven systems Is proactive, responsible, and motivated Feels comfortable working with modern AI developer tools Communicates well and works effectively in a team Nice to have Experience with multi-tenant platforms Experience with Kafka, Redis, or high-load systems Understanding of distributed transactions, consistency, and reliability patterns Experience in complex B2B, B2C, or platform products What we offer Complex product and interesting technical challenges Real ownership and influence on architecture Strong engineering culture AI-friendly development workflow Opportunity to grow professionally and technically Collaborative, modern, and supportive team environment Send your CV to [email protected].
