Product Compliance Officer As one of Georgia`s licensed Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), we`re building the next generation of digital financial services. To support that growth, we`re looking for an experienced Product Compliance Officer who can transform regulatory requirements into business opportunities. This is a strategic role for someone who understands both the regulatory landscape and the commercial side of fintech. You`ll work directly with product, operations, and leadership to launch new services, communicate with the National Bank of Georgia, strengthen our AML framework, and help shape the future of compliant crypto-finance. What you`ll be doing: ** Design compliant operational models for new financial products ** Work directly with the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) on product approvals and regulatory submissions ** Lead AML, KYC/KYB, and Enhanced Due Diligence processes ** Manage relationships with regulators and the Financial Monitoring Service ** Configure and oversee compliance tools such as SumSub and AML screening systems ** Support banking relationships through regulatory documentation and compliance frameworks We`re looking for someone with: ** 3+ years of AML, Compliance, Risk, or Regulatory experience within FinTech, Banking, or a VASP ** Strong knowledge of Georgian VASP regulations, NBG requirements, FATF standards, and AML legislation ** Experience with compliance technologies such as SumSub, AML screening platforms, Chainalysis, Elliptic, or similar tools ** Fluent Georgian and professional English (Russian is a plus) ** A strategic mindset with the ability to balance regulatory excellence and business growth Why PLEX?
