Employment Type: Full-time Compensation & Benefits ** Base Salary: 1, 200 GEL per month ** Discipline Bonus: 400 GEL ** Commission: 30% per closed deal ** Schedule: 5-day work week, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ** Workplace: Office in the heart of Tbilisi on Rustaveli Ave. Requirements: ** Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales. ** English: C1 level (Fluent) — Mandatory. ** Russian: Preferred. ** Georgian: Preferred. Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems; proven track record of selling to international clients in English. Key Attributes: High responsibility, strong communication skills, result-oriented mindset, and excellent objection-handling skills. Key Responsibilities: ** Conducting negotiations with buyers, investors, and property owners. ** Organizing and conducting property viewings. ** Guiding clients through all stages of the real estate transaction. ** Handling both inbound leads and cold outreach. ** Managing client data and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system. ** Collaborating with the marketing department to optimize lead generation. ** Closing deals and finalizing contracts.
