Play to your strengths and be part of an exciting journey. We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading a team to deliver excellent guest service. In this role, you will support the daily operation of the restaurant, ensure high service standards, and help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. By leading with a positive attitude and supporting your team, you will play an important role in making every visit memorable. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: ** To be proficient in the story of the Specialty Outlets and act as an ambassador to it ** To supervise a station and ensure that standards are maintained at all times ** To personally coach, train and develop the F&B service team to ensure good food and beverage knowledge, perfect Sequence of service delivery. ** To ensure the smooth preparation of the restaurant side-stations, mis-en-place and table set-ups as per outlets standards. ** To continuously collect feedback from guests and report it back to the Management ** Work in close cooperation with the Kitchen and Stewarding to ensure a smooth running operation ** Ensure the proper appearance and grooming of assigned Colleagues ** Well versed and knowledge in the Outlet`s menu, promotional activities and other relevant issues concerning the outlets and the Hotel ** Contribute to meet and maximize the monthly revenue budget for the respective outlet ** Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures Requirements: ** Previous experience as a supervisor in a restaurant, hotel, or similar workplace. ** knowledge of food and beverage service standards, restaurant operations, and guest service excellence. ** Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times; ** Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities; ** Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team; ** Good command of Georgian and English languages.
