Team members work in an environment that values innovation, customer focus, and long-term partnerships. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Tbilisi. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their technical and business needs, propose suitable industrial automation and energy solutions, and prepare detailed offers, specifications, and project documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, coordinating with engineering and supplier teams, and assisting in solution design and configuration. The role involves managing the sales cycle, maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting tenders and technical presentations. The Sales Engineer will also handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering skills, including solution design, technical proposal development, and product demonstrations. Candidates should possess solid Technical Support skills to diagnose issues, provide guidance, and liaise with engineering teams for complex problems. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver clear technical information to diverse stakeholders. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or industrial environment. Relevant technical education in engineering (e.g., electrical, automation, industrial, mechanical) or a related field is highly beneficial. Experience with industrial automation, energy management, building automation, or related technologies is a strong advantage. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards, and to prepare accurate documentation. Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams. Proficiency in common office and CRM software; familiarity with technical design tools is a plus. Fluency in English and local languages relevant to the region is beneficial for effective customer and partner communication.
