Role: Salesforce Developer Location: 🇬🇪 Georgia (remote) Contract Type: B2B Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. Customize Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. Optimize Salesforce processes for performance and scalability. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions. Stay updated with Salesforce releases, best practices, and certifications to ensure solutions remain innovative and compliant. Requirements Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer. Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory). Language Skills: English proficiency at B2 or higher (effective communication with international clients). Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Experience with CI/CD processes and version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
